Payment
Mike accepts payment by credit/debit card or PayPay using the secure PayPal Payment Gateway (PPG). Please note that during the checkout process you will be transferred to the PPG to complete your order. A PayPal account is NOT required if you wish to pay by card. Simply choose the card payment option on the left of the PPG page. It is just as secure as gateways such as Protx, SecPay etc but avoids Mike having to line the coffers of one of the UK high street banks with associated higher transaction charges. He can then keep the price charged to you, the valued customer, as low as possible!
Delivery
Orders can currently only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
With the exception of Autoharps (see below) Mike endeavours to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, with delivery following within two working days thereafter. However, as Mike is a working musician there are occasions when this timetable cannot be fulfilled due to being 'on the road'.
If you require an order within a very specific timescale please telephone Mike prior to placing your order online to confirm the likely delivery time.
Autoharps are delivered free. Delivery charges (Royal Mail) for all other items are as follows:
Order value up to £10 ........... £2.00
Order value £11 to £20 ......... £3.50
Order value £21 to £30 ..........£5.00
Order value £31 to £50 ..........£6.50
Order value over £50 ............ FREE
Autoharps
As each instrument is individually imported from Oscar Schmidt then checked and serviced prior to despatch to the customer, the lead time from order placement is usually around two weeks. This may be longer if a public holiday period coincides with the order / shipping period. Again, if you have any queries, please contact Mike before ordering.
